Leaders Club is the brainchild of Andrew Guest and Roy Toms and stems from the success of Cityshare 100 and Club 120, which were funds established for a specific purpose.

Leaders Club was established to provide a more diversified investment portfolio.

Viranda Property Network Ltd for many years has provided commercial and investment property services to professional clients in New Zealand and overseas. Their primary focus has always been (and remains) upon individually owned commercially leased property.

However over the years Viranda has kept an eye out for other investment strategies that offer opportunities to complement their clients’ existing portfolios. This fund is one of those opportunities.

As further background Viranda is 80% owned by Titan1. Titan1 are a successful development and investment company who specialise in innovative investment opportunities. Drawing on years of experience and extensive networks, they are able to identify investment opportunities others miss.

Titan1 are Viranda’s parent company and as such Leaders Club is able to readily access and take advantage of the substantial experience Titan1 brings to the table in respect of the many years involved in investment, development and property financing across a vast array of sectors and throughout Australasia and the Pacific.
